System Group are one of the leading Transport and Logistics learning specialists in the UK, with more than 25 years' experience. We are committed to providing high-quality education, learning and training that will support organisations, maximise efficiency and support improvements in business profitability. Working in collaboration with employers and sector bodies such as Skills for Logistics.

Due to continued and significant growth we are looking to expand our Planning team. This exciting role offers flexible hybrid working at our Head office in Speke- Liverpool and remotely. The post holder will play a pivotal role in providing a professional administration and general planning service across all departments of the business.

Do you have experience within a Transport or Logistics environment or sector as this would be beneficial?

You will need to be highly organised and have strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and clients. The ability to work in a pressurised proactive and reactive environment in line with client demands is also experience that you will have accumulated. In addition to these skills you will also need the following:

  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK

  • Resilient and determined.

  • High degree of IT numeracy / literacy

  • Experience of using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel

If successful you will undertaking the following tasks

  • Administering client training requests and completion documents.

  • Creating training confirmations for both learners and trainers.

  • Assisting Operations Managers with the development of cost-effective training plans.

  • Processing relevant invoices and liaising with the Finance team to ensure accurate billing.

  • Communicating with clients, learners, and field based trainers, 3rd party supplier, sub-contractors, and external trainers

  • Managing and supporting processes that create cost and time efficiencies for the business.

  • Planning and prioritising owns workload and completing tasks in a timely manner.

  • Accurately maintain training records and create all necessary reports.
