National Apprenticeship Week 2022 at System Group

National Apprenticeship Week is here!

It’s one of our favourite events of the year as this week gives us a great opportunity to bring together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make.

This year’s theme is ‘Build the Future’, reflecting on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, and businesses to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with future-ready skills.

To celebrate, System Group have been encouraging our employer partners to promote the amazing work their apprentices have been involved in over the past year and let us know the benefits apprenticeships bring to their business.

As a leading provider of logistics apprenticeships in the UK, our flagship HGV driving programmes with Royal Mail, FedEx, AO, Yodel, and more have tackled the driver shortage head-on and we are proud to continue highlighting the power of apprenticeships.

Stephen King, Quality Director at System Group said:

For me, apprenticeships are unique, allowing people to earn as they learn and gain vital workplace experience.
Our apprenticeships, focusing on skills in the logistics sector, give people of all ages opportunities to move into new careers, building a future for themselves and their families. Here at System Group, we are proud of the apprentices we work with.
Our apprentices are not only building their future career prospects but are helping us to build our future talent pool to ensure we have the skills we need in these changing times.

We play an active role throughout National Apprenticeship Week, including engaging with learners at employer events, online webinars and providing information packs. Here's a quick preview of what to expect over the next seven days:
