EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE
Desirable
Hold a relevant level 3 or above teaching qualification accredited by the QCA/PTLS/AET/CET/DET (D) or above or be willing to work towards
Assessor Qualification – A1/V1/D32/D33/CAVA/TAQA L3 Assessor Award or above or be willing to work towards
Essential
Must have at least 3 years industry experience as either a Driver/Trainer/Assessor (E)
GCSE A - C or equivalent in Math's and English and ICT qualification Level 3 (E)
Awareness of health and safety issues and knowledge of health and safety legislation (E)
Effective use of Digital platforms within a learning environment, as remote delivery is required (E)
Experience of effective communication with a wide range of people (E)
Experience of effective team working and knowledge of what makes a good team (E)
Ability to work flexibly (E)
