Job Title: Learner Engagement Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To engage with potential referrals partners across North East to generate interest in our pre-employment logistics offer.
Managing these relationships and ensure clear communication is maintained between all key stakeholders.
The completion of initial assessment with learners and ensure suitability for the provision. To provide comprehensive Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and where necessary to signpost to more appropriate services.
To retain a relationship with the learner from referral through to job outcome.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To identify suitable learners for a pre-employment type provision.
Completion of Initial Assessment and Information, Advice & Guidance.
To ensure System Group meets its monthly profile through the generation of suitable referrals.
The day to day management of referral partners and the generation of new ones.
Effectively planning cohorts to meet tutor & assessor schedules.
To maintain a diverse choice of signposting support services.
To ensure cohort attrition rates are low through robust initial assessment.
To manage a caseload of learners and maintain communication with the learner throughout the learner journey.
Provide feedback to learners to facilitate successful outcomes in terms of progress.
Ensure accurate records are kept to inform management information in a timely manner.
Provide support with the enrolment of learners ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
Supporting the System Group in creating a vibrant, high quality, positive and learner-centred ethos.
Marketing and promoting System Group Products positively.
Attending training courses and maintaining professional development.
Act as an ambassador of System Group through positive behaviours and performance that enhances the standing and reputation of the company.
In addition to the above System Group reserves the right to require you to undertake additional or other duties within your capacity as may from time to time be reasonably required and necessary to meet the needs of the Company.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Knowledge/skills/ experience:
IAG Level 3 or above.
Knowledge of Adult Education Budget or equivalent funding stream.
Understanding of the welfare to work sector.
Previous experience of identifying and developing relationships with referral partners.
Experienced in engaging with hard to reach learners.
Good communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload to meet business needs
IT Literate.
Proficient in Microsoft office software or equivalent
Full, clean driving licence
