Location: UK-wide (remote)

Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum + benefits

Due to continued and exponential growth and contract wins we are looking to expand our contract management team. This exciting and newly created role involves extensive support with monitoring, performance, and reporting of National Non-Devolved and Devolved contracts. You will instrumental in effective management, analysis, data management, and reporting across AEB, ESF & DfE contracts.

More about the role

  • Coordinating the preparation of accurate financial data for both direct delivery and partners, working in collaboration with the Finance Business Partner, to support the management of contractual performance

  • Supporting the production of high-end presentations and proposals for both internal and external stakeholders

  • Producing data packs on a monthly basis ahead to highlight performance to date and work in collaboration with the AEB Audit & Compliance Manager to produce pending/error rates and monthly, open pot movement analysis

  • Reviewing partner withdrawals to identify in-month liabilities to mitigate risk to overall contractual performance

  • Liaison with the System Group Learner Liaison Officer to gather learner destination and progression information to analyse trends for each contractual region for both direct delivery and partners

  • Supporting the collation of key output target data on a monthly basis via the occupancy reports for both direct delivery and partners

  • Assistance with the collation of data request returns from both Direct Delivery and Partners to ensure information is received within a timely manner

  • Providing support to both partners and commissioners, as required, and engage with regular review meetings with internal stakeholders

  • Supporting the implementation and execution of new contracts and collaborate closely with System Group’s Direct Delivery Team to ensure consistency across all areas to support with maximising performance

You will already have developed skills in the following areas:

  • Advanced MS Excel User

  • IT literate with experience in MS PowerPoint

  • Solid experience in analysing financial and non-financial data and data manipulation

  • Ability to produce clear, accurate reports, statistics, and other required documentation

  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously to meet required targets and deadlines consistently

  • Knowledge of Adult Education Budget or equivalent funding stream

  • Previous Contract Management experience within an Adult Skills/Welfare to Work capacity

  • Self-starter with the ability to problem-solve

  • Highly organised, a keen eye for detail and performance-driven

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to comfortably and professionally liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
