Role overview

Due to continued and exponential growth within the commercially funded (Levy) apprenticeship sector, we have created 3 new and exciting roles for Client Relationship and Implementation Managers. The role will entail working alongside the Commercial Director, where you will be responsible for identifying and developing business relationships with Levy organisations and employers. An integral part of the role will be creating sustainable partnerships that contribute to the organisations growth strategy.

We think that your career to date will probably include most of the skills and experience highlighted below:

  • Work/working with the apprenticeships/skills arena

  • At least 2 years’ experience in engaging with Levy organisations in a consultative capacity

  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales

  • Used to working towards and hitting team and individual targets

  • Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation

  • Knowledge of local labour markets and population/demographics

  • Exposure and knowledge of the FE sector, Apprenticeship standards and funded programmes
