'Blue Monday' Advice: Take action

Today is ‘Blue Monday’ (typically the third Monday of January) which is considered the most depressing day of the year. Myth or not, this year more than most it’s a time where lots of us will struggle with our mental health.


The Samaritans are encouraging you to share a virtual cup of tea and a chat with your friends, family, or colleagues and turn #BlueMonday into #BrewMonday.
