Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + company benefits

About the Role
Are you an experienced Tutor, Skills Coach, Assessor or interested in becoming a tutor?. Do you have experience and a background within a Warehouse & Storage environment, Forklift Truck or previously delivered Employability or digital skills to adult learners? Do you want to support adult learners to take action towards furthering their individual development and employment prospects and help learners reach their full potential? Skills and Experience
Experience or Occupational competence in a Warehouse & Storage and FLTs
Engaging, motivating, and empowering people in a teaching and learning environment.
Delivery in a classroom or workplace, either 1-1 or group environment
Working with or confident with supporting disengaged client groups in a variety of settings
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience of task management, setting aims and objectives and having the ability to undertake administrative tasks
A positive and enthusiastic approach with a “can-do” attitude
Use of Microsoft Office and Teams, skype, Zoom or WebEx
Target driven and results orientated
Minimum Level 3 professional teaching qualification (AET, CET or DET teaching qualification or equivalent)
Hold relevant qualifications to teach Functional Skills English and Maths up to Level 2
Knowledge of current Ofsted Education Inspection Framework requirements
Experience of the Endpoint Assessment process
Good understanding of occupational apprenticeship standard
*You will also need access to a car as this role involves Face to Face delivery
