About the Role
You will inspire, motivate and coach learners who are working towards the Leadership and Management Apprenticeship standards from level 3. Participate in the development, planning and delivery of a range of standards and programmes within your curriculum area. The role is Home Based and covering Learners in Dunbar and Glasgow.
Deliver inspirational learning interventions with individual and groups.
Able to harness original thinking to produce creative learning materials and methodologies.
Deliver learning solutions that inspire, engage and involve participants, meeting their needs and contributing value to the organisations human capital.
To evaluate participants application of acquired knowledge and skills, and offer continuous knowledge and skills development supported by the most appropriate means to suit each participant.
To establish and maintain mutually productive working relationships with all members of the designated target population (Management Apprentices up to level 3), using the most appropriate and timely means of communication.
Encouraging Senior leaders and managers to think and act strategically to improve the performance of their company.
Ensure learners are motivated to create and maintain a high performance culture.
Build relationships with the internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
Support and motivate learners through their learning journey to achieve their qualification.
Ensure Learners are prepared for End Point Assessment as detailed in the Standards and Assessment Plan.
Promote, plan and co-ordinate learning and skills activity to provide a comprehensive and coherent learning and skills programmes that incorporates all learning and workplace activities.
Supporting the System Group in creating a vibrant, high quality, positive and learner-centred ethos.
Act as an ambassador of System Group through positive behaviours and performance that enhances the standing and reputation of the company.
To identify learning needs using the most effective and efficient data collection, analysis and evaluation methodologies.
Able to deliver learning solutions in the following disciplines: Absence management, Making Effective Presentations, Being a Mentor, Managing Interpersonal Conflict, Managing Workplace Stress, Leadership, Performance Appraising for example.
Ability to coach and develop learners to a high level.
In addition to the above System Group reserves the right to require you to undertake additional or other duties within your capacity as may from time to time be reasonably required and necessary to meet the needs of the Company.
Level 3 Management and Leadership
Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Management
Occupational competency within vocational area of delivery.
Experience in using E-Portfolio.
Detailed knowledge of occupational Apprenticeship Standards, Ofsted, ESFA
Occupational competence within the specific sector, with up to date CPD
Proficient in Microsoft office software or equivalent
Understanding of the funding rules.
Experience of using eLearning monitoring systems e.g. Etrack
Effectively prioritise workload to meet business needs
Full, clean driving licence 2
