Day Rate:  £150 - £200 dependent on experience

System Group is one of the UK’s leading training providers, specialising in the transport and  logistics sector. The business has three key divisions – Government funded training of unemployed people, apprenticeship training via the apprenticeship Levy, and delivery of logistics training courses on a commercial basis for employers in the industry.


About the Role


We are looking for someone who can inspire, motivate and coach learners who are working towards the Project Management Apprenticeship standards. Establishing and maintaining mutually productive working relationships with your learners, using the most appropriate and timely means of communication.

Every project needs to be managed to ensure its success. An associate project manager knows what needs to be achieved, how it will be achieved, how long it will take and how much it will cost, and works with the project team to achieve the required outcomes, you will support and guide our Apprentices through the Level 4 Associate Project Manager qualification.


Home based covering the North of England, you will need access to a car and be flexible re Travel.



  • Minimum Level 3 professional teaching qualification (AET, CET or DET teaching qualification or equivalent).

  • Assessor Qualified

  • Hold relevant qualifications in order to teach Functional Skills English and Maths up to Level 2

  • APM (Associate Project Manager) Level 4

  • CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply)


  • Knowledge of current Odsted requirements.

  • Occupational Competence in Project Management and delivering Projects

  • Project Management Training delivery experience.

  • Apprenticeships

  • Experience in engaging, motivating and empowering people in a teaching and learning environment

  • Experience of delivery in the classroom and workplace

  • A positive and enthusiastic approach with a “can do” attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience of task management, setting aims and objectives and having the ability to undertake administrative tasks

  • Target / results driven

  • Needs access to car
