Votes have been taken and the Silver C Courier Awards are waiting for the best of the best in the express courier sector.
Military nominations for logistics in regular, reserve and private sector are set to recognise deliveries in austere locations under pressure. Two wheel, four wheel and contract categories were of exceptional quality this year. Contract was split between road and warehouse. Presidential awards will include corporate safety, road safety, client collaboration and consolidation aligned to LoCity Clean Air. A top apprentice is expected to be recognised alongside latest news of the Trailblazer express apprenticeships. The highest award of Services to Industry is tipped to be delivered in 2016 for the twenty year awards.
IOC president Viscount, Lord Falkland, will open the gala event on Oct 18th. Honourable Fellows; Traffic Commissioner, Sarah Bell, and TFL boss, Mike Brown, will be on hand to help dish out the Silver C Courier Awards alongside key industry VIPS.
Winners are a secret and announced at a gala event hosted by the Institute of Couriers, recognising excellence in courier, express and final mile, at the Institute of Directors on the evening of October 18th.
