Policy Statements
Our Business Ethics
We
practice honesty, integrity and fairness in all aspects of our business
and seek to establish the same merits with all parties with whom
we may trade.
We have an established track record of delivering on our promises
and of meeting the standards we set ourselves.
At System, we genuinely work in partnership with our clients to
identify and meet their needs and to develop a management approach
in achieving the aims and objectives of training solutions and consultancy
services.
System Group performance is positively managed through analysis
of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), derived from statistical information
relating to every operating unit and section of the business. The
performance measurement process is a dynamic tool, enabling us to
effectively manage and continuously improve the integrity of Group
and employee performance along with the range of services we provide.
We evaluate and introduce the latest relevant E-tech systems in
all areas of the business to ensure we continually improve our operating
performance to the benefit of our clients.
The direct or indirect offer, payment, soliciting and acceptance
of bribes in any form are unacceptable practices and are prohibited
throughout the organisation.
Our Environmental Policy
Our objective: "Environmentally safe operation of all activities
with no damage to people, property and the environment".
We
acknowledge our responsibility to minimise any adverse impact of
our activities on the environment in which we operate and have a
track record of providing environmentally conscious training and
consultancy solutions.
Reflecting our environmental policy, we have established day-to-day
working practices directing each operating unit within the Group
to adopt and comply with environmental policy appropriate to its
particular activity. This covers a range of areas including energy
conservation, vehicle exhaust emissions and minimising waste along
with waste recycling where appropriate.
The Group will:
- Comply with all applicable statutory requirements
- Continually assess and, where possible, improve our environmental
performance
- Have awareness of environmental considerations related to investment
strategy
- Promote understanding of environmental issues among employees
Our Health & Safety Policy
Our
objective is to provide a safe and healthy work environment for
all employees, contractors and visitors to the company. Management
standards and codes of practice are key elements in meeting the
statutory requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974,
all other legal requirements and stated objectives.
We avail ourselves of the advice available through the Health and
Safety Executive and, where appropriate, utilise competent consultants
and independent bodies with special skills and services during some
internal audits.
Our policy is to provide and maintain safe and healthy working
conditions, equipment and systems of work for all employees and
to provide such information, instruction, training and supervision
as may be required for this purpose.
Equality and Diversity
System
Group is an Equal Opportunities Employer and always observes a strict
code of practice that ensures no employee, job applicant or trainee
receives less favourable treatment on grounds which are unlawful
or which are not relevant to the requirements of the particular
job.
Our policies and procedures are designed to ensure that the human
rights of all job applicants or trainees, and all employees whether
directly employed or sub-contracted, are respected in accordance
with internationally recognised standards.
Our Staff
Our staff is key to the achievement of our business aims and objectives,
and also to facilitate our expansion into new areas. We carefully
select, develop and retain our staff on the basis of ability and
qualifications for the work to be performed without discrimination
or prejudice including race, religion, colour, gender, sexual orientation,
age or physical ability.
Our reputation as a good place to work is reflected in the many
job applications received annually.
