Driver Selection and On Going Training

Our drivers undergo a rigorous selection and induction process with references, qualifications checked, Tachograph, driving hours and transport theory training as standard. If necessary, drivers can have a driving assessment in partnership with System Driver Training.

We also offer drivers the opportunity of licence upgrades and learning new skills; our Company policy is to ensure continuous development of all sections of our workforce.

We offer our clients an operating partnership and work closely with them in gaining a comprehensive understanding of their operation - based on this close working relationship, we are always well-placed to match the right driver to the appropriate job.
