• understand more about yourself and what you could be capable of;
• consider the potential results of choosing various options;
• make a plan of what you can do to reach your chosen goals.

If you want, we can talk on your behalf to other people/organisations who may be able to help you too. We can also offer support in identifying ways of overcoming barriers that might get in your way.

You can drop-in during our opening hours, call us when you have a question or to make an appointment. You can access this service whenever you need it - whether or not you are currently learning or training with us.

We provide a service that is:

• tailored to your needs and free from bias;
• available to you whatever your individual circumstances;
• clearly explained to you;
• confidential;
• available prior to, during and after your training.
